You talk with people every day about things you know and topics you love. You cannot and should not try to tell anyone about things you don't know about, things that are a complete mystery to you. If you do not actively tell people the Gospel, it is quite likely because you do not know what it is. Find out what the Gospel is, and when you know, you will not keep it to yourself. That is your litmus test.
